Important safety limitation
Mycoverse is a private journal and learning resource. Names you choose are your own provisional labels. The app does not identify mushrooms and can never determine whether a mushroom is safe to eat. Use a qualified mushroom inspection service before consumption.
Using the service
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you save is lawful. Do not use the app for illegal harvesting or access, or to store another person’s personal data without a valid legal basis.
Account and security
Protect your sign-in details and notify us if you suspect misuse. You can delete your account and associated data from Profile in the app.
Your content
You retain the rights to your photos, notes and other information. You grant Mycoverse only the limited rights needed to store, process and show the content back to you.
Availability and changes
The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, errors or security incidents. Features and terms may change with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
Maps, name references and learning content may be incomplete or incorrect. Assess terrain, access rights and safety using qualified, current sources. Mycoverse is not a medical service or mushroom inspection service.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. We will seek to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise, Norwegian courts have jurisdiction subject to applicable consumer venue rules.
